HOW TO ORDER

1) HAND DELIVER YOUR PHOTOS TO US Please call 435-656-0063 in advance of your visit so we can schedule time to get your detailed instructions. Our address is 235 South 400 East #10, St. George, UT 84770.

2) MAIL THEM TO US You can send your photos to us by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Our address is 235 South 400 East #10, St. George, UT 84770. Mail the original photo and not a copy. Use a photo mailer and two thick cardboard stiffeners that are larger than the photo. Print DO NOT BEND on both sides of the mailer. First class usually is safe enough, but you can ask for special handling and insurance if you wish. Be sure to include your name, address, phone, email and any special instructions. We will immediately acknowledge receiving your photo by phone or email and get further information as needed. NOTE: A large USPS mailing envelope for photos up to 8"x10" in size is available on request at no charge. Just email us your name and address and it will be sent to you.

3) SCAN THE PHOTOS AND EMAIL TO US The email address is: tom@familyfotofixer.com. Scan the photos at high resolution (600 pixels per inch), with no enhancements added, and save it as a tiff or jpeg file (no compression). If the file exceeds 10 MB, emailing may not work. In that case, use the free transfer sevice at seduit.com or some simlilar online service. Set the expiration for 48 hours. Another option is to copy the scans to a disk and mail them to us. NOTE: If you don’t have a scanner, go to FedEx Office (old Kinko's) or other inexpensive scanning service and have them scan the photo as described above and copy it to a disk. Then mail the disk to us. If you have a problem, please call us at 435-656-0063 and we will provide the necessary help.
